Kaisee Chwalko, Director

Kaisee joined a Melbourne mid-tier firm (Vic) in 2017 as an Associate Director in the Audit & Assurance Division. 

Kaisee has extensive experience in performing audit and assurance services gained in over many years of experience with a number of mid-tier firms within a diverse range of local and international clients. This breadth of roles and experience has given Kaisee a practical and commercial approach to quickly identifying issues and understanding the key areas of audit focus specific to each individual audit.

In 2020, Kaisee was appointed the National Head of Technical Audit to provide specialist technical advice, training and research services to a mid-tier affiliation and its clients. 

In 2025 Kaisee became a Director of AQA Advisory. Kaisee is now a consultant specialising in Audit and Assurance. With 18 years of experience in the audit profession, Kaisee brings a hands-on and pragmatic approach to audit training, quality reviews and financial reporting. As a Chartered Accountant (CA), she has worked with clients all over the world. 

Kaisee is now focused on helping small to mid-tier firms ensure they stay up-to-date with audit standards and quality aspects of their firms.
